Digital Media Specialist

As a digital media specialist, you'll be a part of Progressive’s Direct Digital Mass Media team. In this dynamic position, you’ll have hands-on management of impactful direct digital media campaigns across OTT, digital audio, reserved media (display and video), in addition to fostering relationships with strategic partners. From campaign set up to performance measurement, you’ll play a pivotal role in every stage of our media campaigns, owning strategic decisions for your accounts.

In this position, you’ll be the subject matter expert for your specific direct digital campaigns across multiple products and will need to collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure that our paid media campaigns are executed properly to drive specific business goals. In addition, you’ll take ownership of team processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.

This is a remote position.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, and a minimum of three years related marketing or digital media experience

Preferred skills

  • Property and casualty experience
  • Direct digital media experience, with a specific focus on OTT, digital audio and/or reserved display & mobile
  • Knowledge of Google and Microsoft Ads
  • Data-minded and data-curious approach, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Tableau
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience setup, executing and analyzing A/B test results


  • $58,100 - $93,500/year based on position level
  • Gainshare bonus up to 24% - 30% (based on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
