Who we’re looking for

Visory Heath is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our strategic marketing initiatives and activities. This person is highly organized with excellent time management and research skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal person has knowledge in paid marketing, growth strategy, and a healthcare background.

This position will include coordinating resources, documenting requirements, maintaining project plans, and managing project deliverables to meet completion deadlines. To ensure success, this marketing manager should have meticulous attention to detail, and a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Implement marketing plans that include both traditional and digital efforts such as online content, publications, and events.
  • Create branded advertising campaigns and support the marketing team by designing and coordinating content
  • Oversee updates, designs, and user experience on all digital platforms
  • Create and manage content calendars while keeping in mind content strategy
  • Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
  • Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Manage project plans and project deliverables
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and marketing opportunities
  • Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels
  • Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues
  • Manage any publication contractors and other promotional vendors
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to gather and simplify complex data into user-friendly formats and meaningful analysis
  • Monitor daily messaging and posts

 

What will make you stand out

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • Healthcare field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing; with at least 3 years in digital marketing
  • Solid understanding of paid social media advertising, SEO, SEM, paid ad channels
  • Proficient in media editing software (photo and video)
  • Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms
  • Understand and interpret data and simplify into a user-friendly format
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret consumer behavior
  • Creative mind with superb writing and verbal communication skills
