Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager on a contract basis to create and manage campaigns across social, creative, partner and influencer executions for assigned film slates with a focus on earned partnerships and digital executions.


This role will strategically plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive subscribers, revenue, and engagement and work collaboratively across the Streaming organization to bring all the best content together in an exciting and innovative way. This role is onsite in Burbank. CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute multiple concurrent social media campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed content calendars across all social media platforms.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all major social media platforms and their analytics.
  • Execute both paid and organic social media campaigns to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across various projects.
  • Employ strategic thinking to develop innovative social media strategies for a diverse campaign portfolio.
  • Analyze social media data to measure performance and identify optimization opportunities for multiple initiatives.
  • Generate creative ideas for social media themes and campaigns, aligning with various project timelines and goals.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding multiple ongoing projects.


Must Have Skills/Requirements

  • 1 -3 years of experience.
  • Social media management tools (Monday.com, Sprinkler).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in social media management, including content creation, community engagement, and analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Have a strong knowledge of the film industry and popular culture.
  • Multitasking
  • Ability to handle several social media platforms at once

Salary: $36.79 - $43.89/hour | 40 hrs/wk | Contract (w2) Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
