Digital Marketing Manager

Nashville, TN

Outback Presents is seeking a talented, passionate and savvy entertainment industry Nashville-based professional to join the team as a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Department in the strategy, development, execution, and analysis of digital media and online advertising campaigns to sell tickets for all Outback shows, tours and festivals across the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the digital media landscape and will work closely with other members of the marketing team to advise on digital marketing best practices. This is a full-time position in our Nashville, TN office.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategize, execute, optimize, and analyze paid digital media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Spotify, Pandora, Google AdWords/Display, YouTube, OTT, TikTok, Snapchat, etc) using Outback’s first party data, artists’ fan profiles, and local market knowledge to maximize ticket sales and ROI on ad campaigns
  • Oversee paid digital marketing strategy for Outback Presents’ company properties (Outback Presents’ shows, Nashville Comedy Festival, Minneapolis Comedy Festival, etc)
  • Continually test and optimize ad copy for best results
  • Strong knowledge of prospective ad campaigns, research innovative ways to attract news fans to events 
  • Strong knowledge of data capture and data privacy, including pixel placement, analysis, and tracking
  • Ability to strategize and execute tactical retargeting campaigns and convert ticket sales
  • Track and manage first party data collection for all shows 
  • Collaborate with Social Media and Content Coordinator to research audience demographics, strategize digital marketing plans and develop organic content calendar 


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing and advertising, preferably working within the live events industry
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, advertising, digital marketing, and social media strategy and best practices
  • Expert knowledge of paid digital media strategies and platforms, including paid social, search, programmatic display, and streaming 
  • High-level understanding of tracking pixels and other tracking methods
  • Ability to work exceptionally under high pressure with strong attention to detail; great organization a must
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Creative Cloud Suite
  • Demonstrated passion for digital marketing and/or the Entertainment Industry
