Digital Experience Manager

Atlanta, GA

Georgia- Pacific Building Products is seeking a contribution motivated individual to join our marketing team as Digital Experience Manager - Website and Content.


The Digital Experience Manager will be responsible for managing our public facing website (www.buildgp.com), digital assets, product information data, and GP Building Products’ marketing content on third party platforms.


This role will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, IT, CX, and commercial teams to ensure our presence is best in class across these digital channels. 


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancements of the Georgia-Pacific Building Products website to ensure a user-friendly experience for all audiences. 
  • Implement and manage website updates, including content changes.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and brand teams to align website content with marketing campaigns and demand generation goals. 
  • Identify and develop business case for technical enhancements. Coordinate the execution of those enhancements with internal and external web development teams. 
  • Implement SEO strategies and best practices to improve site functionality and grow organic search visibility to drive relevant website traffic. 
  • Develop website goals and KPIs to support business goals, monitor website performance, analyze traffic data, and provide insights to optimize user engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Manage and organize digital assets including images, videos, and marketing collateral, ensuring they are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines. 
  • Coordinate with product teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive product information is displayed across platforms, including the direct customer e-commerce portal. 
  • Implement digital asset and product information best practices and standards to maintain consistency across all platforms and channels. 
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop business point of view and value proposition for third party platforms sites that leverage GP Building Products marketing materials, and maintain content on those sites. 


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Experience in content management systems (e.g., Wordpress, Drupal, etc.) and digital asset management tools 
  • Experience in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. GA4, SEM Rush, etc.) 
  • Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online consumer behavior
