WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As our Digital Designer, NYC Brand Creative, you’re an outstanding teammate focused on digital execution, working under the direction of the Art Director and alongside producers and narrators! You’re a master executor when it comes to design and are familiar working across several fields such as art direction, motion design, UX/UI and visual design. You’ll deliver holistic design solutions across all appropriate channels, with a passion for creativity, and a dedication to current and future trends and technology, to push the possibilities of storytelling!


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Listen and respond to briefs, asks questions, ideate and collaborate with a cross-functional creative teams to develop and frame concepts
  • Translate marketing plans, consumer needs and technical capabilities into designs that are visually exciting, easy to use and emotionally engaging across different platforms
  • Develop a holistic creative point of view and present concepts and production ideas to broader team and leadership
  • Take design concepts from idea to consumer, be open to think big and have a passion to take your idea through production and execution
  • Responsible for small projects or programs with manageable risks and resource requirements
  • Push the Brand Design team into a new era of contemporary thinking with a view to elevate the standard of that thinking throughout the business


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will partner with the Sr Creative Director, Art Director and your studio teammates (across Brand Narrative, Brand Experience, Art Direction and Operations/Production) daily, as well as the larger Global and Geo creative teams when appropriate. Additionally, you'll integrate across the Brand and Direct Marketing groups, key business functions (Legal, Finance, etc.) and external agency partners.

 

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

  • Bachelor’s degree in design; communication design, advertising design, digital or interaction design
  • 5+ years’ of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and Acrobat
  • Some experience in strategy and planning
  • Experience in visual design, motion design and experiential design combined with solid knowledge of how to demonstrate today’s digital channels and new technologies
  • Ability to present and sell-in creative concepts and execution ideas
  • Develop comprehensive designs that work across physical and digital experiences
  • Familiarity with current trends, color, design, art, photography and experience design
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in local market language
  • Pro-activeness and the ability to problem solve
  • Proficient information-seeking skills and a drive for results
  • Basic knowledge in video editing, responsive design, and motion graphics
  • 3D skills are a bonus
