Today, we are looking for a digital delivery lead who will support the creation of experiences that resonate with our customers across our direct-to-consumer business. As a digital delivery lead you will work closely with creative UX Design, Developers, and Architects to advise and guide the development of components and templates to be leveraged by the Web Design team and play a pivotal role in further maturing the platform and our content capabilities. You’ll be able to validate and test across front-end applications delivering content and data across our DXP platform.
You will oversee the content publishing process and work with the team to troubleshoot challenges, large and small. You will work closely with different teams across marketing and IT to bring stories and content to life across websites, e-mail, and personalized experiences.
As a member of the Digital Experience and Delivery team, you’ll be overseeing, updating, and maintaining designs and content across CMS and e-commerce systems (Salesforces & Contentstack).
You’ll be providing expertise and guidance to web designers on the most effective ways to author and publish content across digital touchpoints. Bringing together UI components and website templates to deliver meaningful and branded experiences for our customers. All the while being a partner and advisor to our digital marketing and experience delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Author designs and content to optimize CX of website and e-mail
- Test, validate, and advise on components and templates deployed on DXP
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise with the front-end DXP toolset
- Advise on the use of current and future UI components and capabilities to drive efficiency
- Partner closely with digital marketing to continually optimize customer experience
- Oversee content publishing, ensuring the quality of craftsmanship
- Train, coach, and mentor web designers and marketers on use of the DXP toolset
- First line of contact regarding feasibility of projects with available capabilities
- Project management of the content pipeline for larger campaigns and product launches
- Maintain documentation of current capabilities and surfacing potential gaps
Qualifications and General Skills
- At least 2-5 years of digital delivery experience
- Proficiency with CMS, front-end, and back-end DXP solutions
- Knowledge of front-end coding languages and best practices for websites and e-mail
- Experience with working on multiple projects from start to finish, in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders to scope projects and manage expectations across different timezones
- Agile (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) and/or Lean experience a plus
- Able to create and version website and e-mail content
- Excellent attention to detail, and communication skills
- Basic coaching/training experience
