Digital Content Analyst

The Digital Content Analyst will work with our brand partners to ensure web content and the restaurant level details are accurate and up-to-date across our multiple websites, mobile APPs and online channels. The Digital Content Analyst works with a set of production applications for managing the updates. He/she interacts closely with stakeholders at various levels throughout the organization across various functional teams. This includes working with multiple internal teams and external vendor partners to ensure accurate implementation of the marketing initiatives and brand requests across all of the digital guest touch points and execute enhancements to optimize the operations behind the website, such as category refreshes, category & image audits, content updates and enhancing the overall customer experience.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for editing, publishing and verifying a number of creative materials ranging from web copy, images, data files, restaurant/menu data, managed content as well as variations of the content for mobile devices as required.
  • Contributes to the development of project execution plans to include deliverables, activities, milestones, etc.
  • Serves as a liaison and communicate between marketing/brand partners and cross-functional IT resources as well as enterprise partners and subject matter experts.
  • Contributes to the identification and resolution of key issues / defects on several digital guest touch points.
  • Helps prepare and deliver training materials to various stakeholders as needed.
  • Facilitates completion of activities or resolution of issues with members of the cross-functional team, vendors, agencies, and fellow interactive partners.
  • Takes on and completes special projects as required.
  • Utilizing internal ticketing system to communicate with both partners and internal teams.
  • Occasionally work on ad hoc projects with other groups.


REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience servicing high volume content updates.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with any content management tool.
  • Solid understanding of an online platform.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in working with data files in csv and MS Excel format.
  • Outstanding client service abilities and partnership skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Analytics (e.g., Omniture, Google, Media tagging / floodlights).
  • Familiarity of core web technologies to assist Developers (e.g., HTML 5, Javascript, CSS, AJAX, WebServices, APIs).


REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a relevant field.


OTHER KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong familiarity of key products including ATG commerce / Oracle Web Center Sites.
  • Experience in working with team collaboration tools / ticketing systems like MS Teams, Remedy, JIRA etc.
  • Strong understanding of cross channel online platforms.
  • Experience working with multiple teams within an organization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and self-starter.


PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with Photoshop is a plus.
  • HTML, CSS experience.
