Demand Generation Coordinator

Remote (San Francisco, CA)

We are looking for a Demand Generation Coordinator to join our high-functioning Marketing team. The Demand Generation Coordinator will be responsible for creating, supporting, and optimizing campaigns to drive leads, engagement, and awareness for the Afresh platform. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of marketing automation tools, email marketing best practices, events, and analytics. A successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (e.g., email, webinars, ABM)
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed
  • Assist in and manage execution of Afresh’s attendance at industry events, tradeshows and conferences
  • Assist in developing content and assets that support demand generation activities (e.g., emails, landing pages)
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to segment audiences and deliver personalized content
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on lead nurturing efforts
  • Track budget utilization and report on ROI of campaigns


Skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years in marketing or similar role
  • Experience in marketing automation programs
  • Experience in event coordination, planning and execution
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing (adwords, paid social, retargeting)
  • An understanding of marketing best practices
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • A desire to learn and adapt with a growing company
