Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in a program management, consulting, or software development role in the Information Security industry.
3 years of experience leading programs using Agile methodologies and Agile project management tools.
Experience in people management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Agile certification.
CISSP or equivalent certification.
7 years of experience working with Information Security, infrastructure, software, or platforms.
5 years of experience managing projects and customer relationships while working cross-functionally.
3 years of experience with Developer Operations practices.
2 years of experience in cloud services.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our advertising clients or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients or partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop solutions, and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

As a Delivery Manager Consultant, you will assess and improve client Security Programs. You will manage and lead multiple workstreams to achieve business outcomes. The Delivery Manager Consultant will assist in client satisfaction and delivery quality.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary security programs or projects from proposal to completion.
Define the engagement delivery approach and deliver on client engagements.
Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company.
Hire, coach, and develop a team of Delivery Leads to meet objectives.
Work with internal and client stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
