Responsibilities:

Introduce prospects to Plex products and service capabilities
Create and deliver compelling presentations on methodology, proposals, and final SOWs.
Perform both on-site and remote requirements analysis (implementation workshops), value and SOW presentations.
Work cross-functionally with members of the Plex account team and the greater Rockwell Automation team.
Meet aggressive services sales quotas
Establish realistic pre-engagement client expectations using Plex Implementation Methodology
Maintain favorable client executive-level relationships
Continually develop vertical industry knowledge and expertise to remain current with applicable business and technology trends and practices

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
3+ years of demonstrated success selling or implementing Professional Services for complex Enterprise Software Solutions.
Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP, MES, Supply Chain, or PLM solutions into discrete or process manufacturing is preferred. Vertical industry specific experience a plus.
Ability to design and deliver presentations based on discovery and needs analysis to all levels of the customer organization, including C-Level Executives.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate complex issues to varying levels of users in a professional, positive, friendly, and understandable manner.
Ability and willingness to travel and work non-standard hours as needed.
Experience with Plex via implementations or as a system user a strong plus.
Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills a plus.
