Customer Support Specialist

Tampa, FL

Zeno Office Solutions, a Xerox Company, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist / Help Desk that will be responsible for providing onsite support for Customer Business Operations & Administration activities including order processing, data order entry, customer inquiry management, and scheduling using a ticketing system.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and user support on Zeno-supported office equipment, computer applications, and software.  
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware/networking issues.
  • Assist with remote installation of new office equipment.
  • Advise business customers on appropriate actions.
  • Document and reference service tickets using our internal systems
  • Always provide excellent customer service. 


Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Advanced education is a plus.
  • A 2-year technical degree, or 1+ year of help desk or data entry experience in a technology environment is preferred.
  • Able to work well in group problem-solving situations and handle escalated customer calls.
  • Strive to continuously build knowledge and skills daily.
  • Able to respond promptly to customer needs, and requests for assistance from other departments.
  • Able to adapt well to changes in a fast pace work environment.
  • IT certifications are helpful (such as A+ or CompTIA Network+)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills
