This position will be located in Redondo Beach, California.  


Essential Functions 

The Leader and Functional Manager of the CS&L organization is focused on providing outstanding customer service and support while ensuring the effective deployment, transportation, inventory control and information integrity relating to activities surrounding the EAM test equipment and calibration process. Manager will provide continuous improvement toward efficiency and cost effectiveness of section and department operations, ensures compliance with safety and environmental laws and regulations for all employees assigned to various work area,. ensure quality is administered in all operations including both internal and external customer deliverables, and ensures section meets all organizational requirements Manage approximately 23 person organization focused on providing outstanding customer service and support while ensuring the effective deployment, transportation, inventory control and information integrity relating to test equipment and calibration. Focus on process improvements and promises kept to customer, building customer relationships and confidence through effective leadership of the Liaisons/Customer Support representatives. Additional duties and assignments include, but are not limited to, the following: Oversee and conduct human resources/staffing initiatives, personnel training, labor planning, database integrity, and work distribution Development and maintenance of monthly Metrics, Calibration Recall status, property control (Capital, Lease and Rentals),define/validate equipment utilization studies, and implement expense reduction initiatives. Participate in Management teams: Process Working Groups, Financial Reviews, Inventory Trends management team Creation, development and sustainment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Desktop/Work Instructions, Training/Learning Plans, and Critical Skills management plans. Manage employee performance (including engagement strategies for high performers and corrective actions for low performers); coach, mentor, recognize, and reward team members; work with COE to define consistent performance expectations/assessment factors that contribute to the development of a high performance culture; responsible for communicating and implementing ‘best practices’ across department/sections. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors of Arts in Business Management, Global Supply Chain or BS STEM related degree and 9 years of experience leading a project/ program team or 7 years with a Master's Degree. Experience in management of FAR/DFAR requirements Experience with SAP or similar business systems Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Preferred Qualification  APICS ( American Production and Inventory Control Society) certification Active Secret Clearance
