Customer Support Coordinator

As detail-oriented service experts, Spectrum Sales Support Coordinators work diligently to ensure customer orders are processed quickly and efficiently. What is the Sales Support Coordinator I role?

It's about building relationships and turning the knowledge you gain in training into customer service wins. Spectrum Sales Support Coordinators make a real difference for our customers and the company. You will use a variety of tools and resources to review and make corrections to work orders to ensure they are completed and associated billing is accurate. This includes entering information, resolving issues with orders, and answering questions regarding installation and scheduling. We'll help you develop the skills to get comfortable in your role. Understanding the process and your customers’ sense of urgency will help you navigate your way to a satisfying customer experience.

What's required to get started?

  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to use personal computer & software applications
  • Ability to work independently in group environment
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and address/resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time, taking back-to-back calls
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward and professional manner
  • Knowledge of general accounting, billing, and office procedures
  • Knowledge of company policies and residential product information, packaging, pricing and current offers for all three lines of business (Cable, HSI, Telephone)


Education

  • High School Diploma or GED


Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Cable or related telecommunications/broadband industry experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to solve problems while working under pressure
  • Knowledge of the cable industry - products and services
