Customer Based Marketing Leader

Houston, TX

This position is the digital marketing lead for existing customers 


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and execution programs for customer-based marketing through digital marketing channels.
  • Lead segmentation and matrixed value propositions based on customer's specialty, segment, and product lines. 
  • The Customer Base Marketing Manager will coordinate with local business units their calendarized digital marketing plan with two core focus: Improve commercial relationship and revenue, increase customers share of wallet from our portfolio and improve customers satisfaction levels. 
  • Content and digital assets coordination and creation will be key for an efficient execution. Great knowledge of all available digital channels that can drive customer engagement. 
  • Responsible of sharing results to regional and management teams on CBM Leads, customer response rate
  • Multiple regions/countries coordination and alignment on framework and execution strategies. 
  • Work as a main point of contact between Marketing and Commercial teams. 
  • End to end report ownership of the different initiatives that are impacting the business.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years campaign management experience primarily within the B2B ecosystem. 
  • Multiple industries background, B2B is a plus, Exposed to multinational markets.  


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Digital marketing channels expertise: Email, Display and Social Proven experience marketing aimed at existing customers. 
  • Experience in reporting and presenting results to top management teams.
  • Marketing Automation tools, Email platforms, CRM tools and Analytics Tools
  • Presentation skills are a must, attention to detail and high level of accountability


Working Conditions

  • Ability to work with standard office/computer Equipment
  • Capable of working in an open office environment


Physical Requirements

  • Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
  • Job involves sitting most of the time, but also involves walking or standing for brief periods of time 
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees/visitors
