Creator Marketing Manager

We built a platform that connects our users with creators who inspire, inform and encourage them to try new things. This is why we're focused on building a platform that gives Creators the tools to share their ideas and connects people to those ideas. As a member of the Creator Marketing team, our goal is to increase comprehension and acquisition of Creators.


We’re looking for an innovative and experienced marketer who will lead marketing programs that help digital Creators and public figures join and grow their brand on Pinterest. You will be responsible for scaling integrated marketing campaigns, including messaging, enablement materials, digital, email, experiential and more. A strong level of communication, ownership and project management is a must to be successful in this position. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, develop marketing priorities, execution plans, and be accountable for the success of marketing initiatives for creators. This is a unique opportunity to help build and grow Pinterest’s brand at an exciting moment in Pinterest’s history. What you’ll do: 

  • Manage marketing programs including success stories, enablement materials, digital, email, experiential and more
  • Support GTM efforts for product launches both locally and globally
  • Develop a vision for creator communications and drive the company to achieve it 
  • Oversee the campaign calendar and product roadmap. Build alignment with cross-functional and global teams ensuring the global experience delivers on locally relevant content
  • Identify and develop strategic external partnerships


What we're looking for: 

  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 4+ years experience in integrated marketing at a media, agency or entertainment brand
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with demonstrated ability influencing cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, strong initiative and ability to thrive amidst ambiguity
  • Be willing to roll up your sleeves, be resourceful and help us build from the ground up
  • Experience managing and driving creative decisions and teams, including creative agencies, to develop best-in-class creative content to tell the Pinterest story 
  • Ability to analyze and track campaign results and marketing ROI to ensure the right investments are made 
  • A good team player who is proactive, reliable, with strong execution 
  • Ability to influence leadership and XFN partners across organizations and cultures
  • A creative problem solver 
  • Strong, clear written and verbal communication skills
