Creative Operations Manager

The Creative Operations Manager is a key partner to TikTok Business Marketing team and will report directly to the Head of Creative Operations. With excellent relationship, communication and operational skills, this person will be seen as the central operating system for the team, and will manage and coordinate project plans and deliverables across all B2B Marketing verticals including Creative Lab, Brand Strategy, Events, and Creator Monetization. The ideal candidate will ensure deliverables fall within timelines, applicable scope, and budget. They will be critical in leading end to end cross-functional project management in our fast paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee progress for a wide array of campaigns and initiatives across all B2B Marketing verticals including Creative Lab, Brand Strategy, Events, and Creator Monetization, with a particular focus on Creative Lab.
  • Manage all projects, identifying risks, issues and gaps that could impact timelines and outcomes.
  • Monitor and follow-up with all appropriate departments on project development
  • Initiate, develop, drive, and revise schedules
  • Reinforce process with all teams.
  • Constantly iterate on how to improve efficiency in our processes and proactively identify problems and potential solutions.
  • Provides accurate and frequent status reporting within Creative Team and to B2B Marketing vertical leads as needed.


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of work experience, including design / creative project management experience
  • Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, maintaining organization, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a keen ability to facilitate stakeholders towards positive outcomes. Strong people skills and the ability to engage on all levels of the organization
  • Experience with project tracking, creating organizational consensus, and managing deadlines with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and create process improvement through standardization and policies
  • Strong sense of problem solving and proactive approach
