Creative Account Coordinator
WITHIN is looking to hire a detail-oriented Account Coordinator who will be an important asset to our Creative Team. This person will work closely with our account managers for both internal and external communication. They will develop a firm understanding of WITHIN’s creative process and have the opportunity to grow into an account manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Facilitate internal communication between multiple internal stakeholders across disciplines
- Facilitate external communication with clients (updates, presentations, status calls, etc.)
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams across the org
- Monitor and report on client performance on a regular basis
- Work closely with project managers to understand and communicate timelines to clients
- Deliver internal reports and client business updates on a regular basis
- Support Account Management team as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience working with a creative team
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
