Corporate Tax Specialist

Dallas, TX


  • The preparation and filing of monthly and quarterly sales and use tax returns as well as related payments. (50% of time)
  • Prepare monthly Journal Entries to record sales/use tax compliance and preparation of related transaction tax account reconciliations monthly. (10% of time)
  • Assist in sales/use tax audits. (15% of time)
  • Assist with sales tax variances and research around taxability and rates. (15% of time)

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented - ability to adapt to working on multiple tasks with strict deadlines
  • Self-Disciplined
  • Self-Starter
  • Organizational skills to coordinate multiple assignments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of office experience in an accounting/finance role (Preferred)
