Bisco Industries believes our people are our greatest asset and we have an exciting long-term Corporate Recruiter opportunity available immediately. This person will be responsible for staffing our Northern Region which includes sales facilities and a warehouse. 


Your day will be fast-paced and will require you to adapt to continuously changing needs in this full-cycle recruiting role.

  • Communicate and collaborate with Hiring Managers to fill all full-time and temporary needs quickly
  • Develop and execute strategic approaches to attract and engage top industry talent in accordance with company expectations
  • Update job description content
  • Utilize iCIMS, job boards, social media, and creative sourcing techniques to attract and identify over-achieving candidates
  • Pro-actively build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines
  • Handle initial screening, additional interview coordination, offer development, and confirming start dates of all candidates and new hires
  • Coordinate with support departments (Human Resources and IT) to set up new hire profiles prior to their start date
  • Improve upon internal culture and branding by recommending new policies and practices relating to recruiting/on-boarding
  • Monitor job offers (including compensation and benefits) to keep in-line with industry standards
  • Stay abreast of "Best Practices" by participating in educational opportunities (including but not limited to: webinars, reading professional publications, seminars, etc.)


  • Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or relevant experience strongly preferred
  • ATS experience required (iCIMS preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Fast-paced with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Demonstrate extremely organized and detail oriented behaviors
  • Can-do, positive attitude that is always looking to improve themselves and their environment
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Driver's license required
  • Must be willing to travel 10% of the time
