Corporate Enterprise Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly-motivated individual to help grow our burgeoning corporate sales channel. The right candidate isn’t afraid of cold calling or striking up a conversation with someone they just met. They think outside the box, using multiple tools and methods, and can easily craft a convincing email proposal or support a teammate in closing a deal. This role is ideal for someone who has experience interacting with a wide range of stakeholders and is looking to get more experience in relationship-based selling and strategic prospecting.  


Key Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities with large enterprise companies through outbound cold calls and emails for the Head of Enterprise Sales
  • Research, prospect and engage new corporate partners in ClassPass markets using a more targeted approach
  • Manage your own opportunities by utilizing CRM, email and outreach tools, as well as other resources to cultivate and maintain sales pipeline
  • Regularly communicate successes and roadblocks to manager to better inform the team’s goals and targets
  • Develop creative, fun, and innovative ways to connect and build out your relationships with potential partners
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
  • Maintaining daily KPIs and metrics


Skills & Experience

  • Hustle and drive to hit, or even better, exceed goals
  • Strong relationship builder, with own contacts to bring to the table
  • Outstanding communication skills, willingness to make multiple phone and email contacts per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail a must
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience encouraged
