Corporate Communications Manager

Maumee, OH

This position is responsible for the development and execution of the internal and external communications strategy for the assigned group. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communications plans and strategies to drive employee engagement and external awareness.
  • Develop consistent and effective messaging that is aligned with the goals and initiatives of the assigned group while complying with company brand standards.
  • Write, edit, and standardize internal communication to employees.
  • Leverage a variety of tools to communicate, to measure effectiveness, identify gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Manage and develop communications, presentations and templates. Provide support to  group leadership with key presentations.
  • Design, develop and manage web content.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • 5-8 years’ relevant experience required
  • Strong communication, writing, editing and storyteller skills
  • Thorough knowledge of communications, marketing and branding principles
