How Do You Fit In?

Yitty is looking for an exceptional, digitally-versed copywriter to join our marketing team!


This copywriter will work cross-functionally with the creative, product, acquisition, PR and marketing teams. From social to product copy, campaign headlines and marketing stories, they will craft engaging and impactful messages that deliver measurable business results. Above all, they will make sure that the brand voice is consistently executed across all touch points and channels.


Please only apply if you have experience crafting standout brand building campaign headlines as well as direct-response style copy for emails, promotions, website assets, and site PDPs. Strong copyediting skills, multitasking abilities, and laser-sharp attention to detail are essential.

What You Can Bring:

  • Regardless of the platform, you can capture the attention of the reader appropriate to the channel they are in.
  • A minimum of 4-5+ years of experience as a copywriter in the direct-to-consumer digital space. Bonus points if it’s in the fashion/beauty/entertainment industries.
  • A compelling online portfolio showcasing a diversity of projects
  • A positive attitude with a passion for authentic and engaging storytelling
  • A unique understanding of street & youth culture and language
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; extremely organized with acute attention to detail
  • Proactiveness to everything you do
  • Strong familiarity with paid search and paid social. Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects successfully, without sacrificing quality
  • Superior knowledge of grammar and spelling, with laser-sharp attention to detail
  • Experience with standard concepts and best practices that drive direct response marketing
  • Performs well under pressure and effectively handles tight deadlines, revisions, ad hoc requests, and changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate heavily with key internal and external stakeholders while managing multiple projects
  • Strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills
  • Desire to learn, ask questions, and grow your career with an innovative company
  • BA in Marketing, Advertising, English, Journalism, or related field is a plus


What You Will Do:

  • Understand the brand voice so it can be executed seamlessly across all touchpoints —including site, email, social media, print and media
  • Write full range of copy to bring all aspects of the brand to life, ranging from campaign and collection headlines to brand stories, product names and product descriptions
  • Work collaboratively in a highly cross-functional environment to ideate and develop engaging copy
  • Create naming and messaging strategy for new product categories, new styles, new collection colors and new fabric launches
  • Research products, competitors, and cultural and fashion trends.
  • Partner with CRM to draft and evolve engaging email subject lines and emails that drive strong click through rates
  • Copyediting and proofreading everything with a detailed scope
  • Demonstrate complete mastery over grammatical rules and conventions
  • Document copy strategy, best practices, and wins
  • Build strong working relationships with all cross-functional partners

Varied for retail and fulfillment roles  

   

The annual base salary range for this position is from $64,800-$90,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
