Coordinator, Digital & Social Media

11:11 Media is Paris Hilton's rapidly growing global media company with divisions across digital, TV, audio, licensing, impact and more. 


We are seeking a fabulous Digital Coordinator to support our Vice President of Growth, Web 3.0 Director and Chief Digital Officer. This role is part-time and remote with the potential to convert to full-time, including potential opportunities for in-person events if located on the West Coast.


Our product portfolio includes 10+ branded product lines that have generated over $4BN in revenue over the last decade, successful TV shows, podcasts, investments, and expansion across social media, digital, venture capital, web 3.0 and traditional media ventures.

What you will bring to the role:

  • A genuine passion for entertainment, celebrity and pop culture
  • An understanding of social platforms and digital trends Familiarity with social media platforms and their metrics for success (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and more) 
  • Incredible organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines and be resourceful 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work with numbers, spreadsheets and databases
  • A positive, team-spirited attitude and eagerness to learn and be scrappy 
  • Ability to be strategic and tactical 
  • Previous administrative coordinator experience a big plus!


Essential functions:

  • Project manage, plan and coordinate digital initiatives across social media, metaverse, community management, commerce and brand partnerships
  • Maintain various analytics trackers and databases across social, video, podcasts, e-commerce and more 
  • Work within a variety of tools that support various aspects of projects, e.g., social media analytics, website CMS, newsletter and SMS tools, affiliate revenue tools, etc.
  • Institutionalize best practices across digital and create decks to communicate actionable takeaways 
  • Organize documentation and assets in Google drive, Dropbox, Notion and more to streamline workflows and information sharing 
  • Identify challenges and propose solutions
  • Take direction and communicate efficiently with a lean, fast-paced team 
  • Assist with building out decks to support strategy development, partner wrap-up reports, and more
