Your role:

The Digital Marketing team at 10K Projects is looking for a Coordinator who will have a key role in the overall daily digital operations. This role will work with the Digital Marketing Strategists to ensure all artist releases are functioning at the highest level.


This is also a key pathway to growing your career in Digital Marketing. A successful coordinator will have a strong attention to detail with creative and big ideas. Your tasks will include brainstorming and strategizing campaigns, tracking daily audio growth on social platforms, and executing user-generated content (UGC) initiatives. You'll create compelling proposals and mood boards, run internal fan pages, and produce weekly social and digital reports for all active artists.


Additionally, you'll edit fan content and audio files, create engaging CapCut videos, and work with artists teams to cultivate their vision. This position requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to drive our artists' online presence effectively.


Here you’ll get to:

  • Provide support to the Digital Marketing Team on execution and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and strategic audience development strategies
  • Send Assets (Artwork/Video) to design team for asset creation to support all releases
  • Participate in weekly brainstorms about our artists’ digital strategies
  • Seed assets out to Instagram/TikTok/X music pages
  • Assemble content schedules and weekly content sheets for active artists
  • Brainstorm for active artist campaign
  • Putting together “best practice” one sheets for artist rollouts
  • Update daily tracking sheet for audio growth across social platforms
  • Strategize and execute influencer campaigns
  • Conduct ROI analyses and identify key contributors to stream conversion
  • Create proposals and mood boards for artists
  • Run internal fan pages
  • Weekly social/digital roundups and reports for all active artists
  • Cut fan edits together for fan pages and to seed out
  • Edit video social posts for artists
  • Maintain expert level knowledge of content formats across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.
  • Create short form digital marketing content to support our artists and releases


About you:

  • Knowledge of and passion for social media platforms, websites, music streaming services, and apps
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with added attention to details and deadlines
  • Experience in social media marketing/management, direct to consumer marketing, and/or content creation
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with both creative and business-oriented colleagues and partners
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent problem solver and self-starter
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to work optimally under pressure and balance multiple priorities
  • Expertise in social media content strategy with a passion for fan-focused digital strategies


We’d love it if you also had:

  • Experience using project management software such as Jira and Basecamp
  • Understanding of social media analytics and posting tools such as Falcon and HootSuite
  • Passion for short form content, editing and digital marketing

Salary Range

$17.95 to $25.00 Hourly


Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
