Coordinator - Business & Legal Affairs
This Coordinator at Autograph will be responsible for coordinating and organizing the business and legal affairs groups at Autograph.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with other internal departments in the organization.
- Summarizing and propagating legal requirements in work with partners and contractors.
- Ensuring that Business and Legal Affairs requirements are met throughout the creative, development and other business processes.
- Assisting in managing information flow, including some scheduling and administrative work.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Elite organizational and information management skills
- Process-oriented
- Knowledgeable but eager to learn
- Willing to do the work that needs to get done
- Collaborative but able to work independently in high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Good judgment to escalate issues when required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Paralegal or similar experience
