Coordinator - Business & Legal Affairs

Santa Monica, CA

This Coordinator at Autograph will be responsible for coordinating and organizing the business and legal affairs groups at Autograph. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Liaising with other internal departments in the organization.
  • Summarizing and propagating legal requirements in work with partners and contractors.
  • Ensuring that Business and Legal Affairs requirements are met throughout the creative, development and other business processes.
  • Assisting in managing information flow, including some scheduling and administrative work.


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Elite organizational and information management skills 
  • Process-oriented 
  • Knowledgeable but eager to learn 
  • Willing to do the work that needs to get done 
  • Collaborative but able to work independently in high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Good judgment to escalate issues when required


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Paralegal or similar experience
