Coordinator, Brand Studio

Orlando, FL

The Coordinator, Brand Studio will be responsible for assisting the Brand Studio team with day-to-day coordination and general administrative support on all Brand Studio projects to include brand assets, internal and external presentations, project decks, internal and external communication assets, and promotional materials, as applicable.


The Coordinator, Brand Studio will ensure our team has all assets for projects, to include requesting information / files from internal and external partners and business units, coordinate meetings, work on presentation schedules, distribute marketing and presentation materials, update and create report documents and assist the Brand Studio leaders with deliverables and administrative tasks. 


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists with workflows and production of Universal Creative Brand Studio projects to include executive pitches, presentations, and events. Works closely with the Sr Manager Brand Studio and external partners to develop plans for brand strategy initiatives.
  • Requests assets for all projects and ensure they are organized on file server. Communicates with internal and external partners and captures pitching and presentation notes, project timelines and deliverables. Collects and reviews notes / data, feedback, and results of Brand Studio presentations, and assigned projects.
  • Creates, updates and manages schedules for all presentations / events. Updates weekly Brand Studio reports (currently Word document). Creates executive leadership note sheets for all Keynote and PPT slides. Helps QC/QA presentation / decks. Helps set up for all presentations (internal and external reviews). Provides minor updates to PPT and Keynote presentation (compressing, minor revisions, saving, exporting, as needed).
  • Reviews and archives Brand Studio files, to include global brand plans, content strategy, consumer targets, creative development, marketing initiatives, project timelines and results.
  • Supports Brand Studio team as applicable.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Keynote and/or PowerPoint proficient required.


EDUCATION: Associate’s degree in Arts or Science is required. Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science or Management disciplines including Theater, Design, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Production, Project Management is preferred. 


EXPERIENCE: 1+ year relevant experience required. Experience in a strategic planning organization or creative organization preferred.
