Contracts Manager

Stafford, TX

Our functional teams are made up of experienced NDT specialists, reliability engineers, structural integrity and materials specialists, NDT tools and software development engineers, as well as dedicated client support personnel.

The Contracts Manager is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering various agreements, and contracts in support of our business globally.


As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Review complex contract documents and markup in accordance with established protocol and timing requirements
  • Mitigate contractual risk by negotiating terms and conditions while supporting commercial and organizational objectives and escalate issues with established protocol
  • Balance commercial, operational and legal risks with business justification to identify contracting issues according to the company’s guidelines
  • Learn Quest Integrity business to adequately understand associated risks and commercial strategies
  • Interface with all levels of management, business and support unit personnel, sales personnel, internal and external legal counsel, and client personnel
  • Commit and adhere to ethics and work conduct expectations espoused in our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and Core Values


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 7+ years contract experience in a cross-functional environment
  • Be comfortable negotiating via various forms of communication (written, telephonic, virtual and in-person as needed
  • Possess cross-border contract negotiation experience and familiarity with international trade laws and regulations (FCPA, anti-boycott, etc.) preferred
  • Have proven experience within contracting concepts and terms
  • Be resourceful and a drive toward excellence
  • Be fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) a plus
