As a Contract Performance Management Analyst you will act as a primary resource accountable for the accurate, complete, and documented processing for payment of administrative fees as well as responsibility for a segment of a direct to customer rebate portfolio

What You Will Do:

  • Proven proficiency in general finance procedures, an aptitude for leveraging analytics tools, and a desire to consistently improve process and influence outcomes.  
  • This position requires self-directed adherence to existing deadlines, will require customer interaction in resolution of discrepancies in administration fee payments, and offers the opportunity to partner directly with business unit finance partners through relationship building, collaboration, and the scheduled projection of financial impact for monthly and quarterly fee payments. 
  • Calculation and payment coordination for Group Purchasing Organization contractual administration fee payments, utilizing Stryker’s primary revenue management tool, ModelN, as well as various other data source systems required for accurate fee payment in non-ModelN divisions.
  • Continuous monitoring of contract portfolio and communication with Contract Analysts to accurately capture potential contract product changes, new products, or changes to contract data to assure accuracy of payments. 
  • Management of projection model for all GPO administration fees, to include regular cadence of quarterly projections aligned to BU controller needs 
  • Point person, working in collaboration with all Operations team and any field based team members for any external audit activity initiated by a GPO or IDN business partner. 
  • Ensure all rebates/premiums/carve-outs are processed accurately and on time through the Model N system (target of 100% completion per month). Completion shall be defined as processed, paid and/or sufficiently acted upon. In instances where payment is not paid in given month, the analyst will be expected to properly notify all affected parties. 
  • Support the development of reporting to provide various groups with information needed, premiums transferred (from contract inception and through last payment period), monthly status of rebates/premiums/carve-outs and any additional reporting needed to support the Flex Financial/ASC Business review process. 
  • Develop expertise in assigned customer segment, including a clear understanding of needs, priorities, compliance practices, etc.; develop expertise in commitment, compliance, & administration tools, techniques, and technology 
  • Support Enterprise Account Management, Flex Financial and the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) group in post-deal management of complex financing agreements. 


What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • 1+ year(s) of professional experience required.
  • Experience in the medical devices and technology industry and commitment, compliance, & administration functional area preferred. Stryker Orthopedic business unit experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with, and / or certification in, contract lifecycle management and rebate & fee calculation tools and technologies (e.g., Model N, …) and ERPs preferred.


$57,000 – $115,100 Salary Plus Bonus Eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
