Contract Administrator

Plano, TX

Review, negotiate and process corporate and property level service contracts and lease agreements. Provide day-to-day management and maintenance of corporate and property-level contracts. Confirm all contract requirements are met prior to execution, including verification of corresponding certificate of insurance and other key contract elements. If requested, assist in compiling and auditing contracts. 


Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint software programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker: ability to structure and leverage vendor agreements to accomplish the sourcing objectives.
  • Working knowledge of various online sourcing tools.
  • Excellent people skills, project management skills and business acumen.
  • Proactive and results oriented.


Job Duties & Functions

  • Contract Duties
  • Negotiate and process corporate and property level service contracts and lease agreements.
  • Work closely with operations and sales team to review and approve of vendor relationships and contracts. Work with operations team to seek client approval, if needed.
  • Work closely with in-house and external legal counsel regarding certain technical contract reviews.
  • Review and analyze contracts, agreements and other terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with in-house legal counsel on review and finalization of all contractual documents.
  • Participate in meetings and on committees as requested by supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
