Content & Strategy Manager
The Content and Strategy Manager is responsible for branding new properties and products, creating the voice and tone. This role requires strong content writing experience from a marketing perspective and previous experience leading a team.
Fully remote position, ideally working MST business hours.
The consumer insights and content strategist is responsible for producing content + strategy (to include data research and analytics for neighborhood and consumer insights, competitive landscape studies and psychographic segmentation), campaign concepts and messaging, branding and website content.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research and analyze data to create external storytelling from findings
- Create brand positioning, brand identity, brand voice and collateral copy for new brands, campaigns, and websites
- Create client-facing strategic insights decks for properties with highlights on consumers, neighborhoods and competitors
- Write clear, persuasive, and original copy
- Insure ADA and Fair Housing compliance
- Identify opportunities and develop new content + strategy paid product offerings
- Work cross-functionally with Designers, Project Managers, Communications, and Regional Teams to ensure project expectations are aligned and optimized
- Contribute to lift in team revenue through paid services
- Streamline and elevate current process and product offerings within the team
- Ideate, develop and present a variety of campaigns and presentations for internal and external clients including new business pitches
- Interface with internal and external clients to present and fulfill projects

- Leverages research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gain internal support to act upon these opportunities.
- Conveys analysis and recommendations via presentations, written reports, and other creative methods.
