Content Solutions Lead

The Content Solutions Lead drives the strategy and development of a spectrum of creative advertiser solutions for TikTok's growing number of North America advertisers. This role is brand new to North America Business Marketing and is a key leader who will partner closely across TikTok's core Marketing functions as well as Sales, Product and Content Programming.


The Content Solutions Lead is highly creative, collaborative leader adept at developing new monetization opportunities that live at the intersection of TikTok's vibrant creator community, our product solutions and advertiser goals. This individual is hands-on and as effective at building bespoke sellable opportunities as well as managing multiple stakeholders across the business, implementing new processes and securing internal and external buy in to ultimately help accelerate growth of TikTok for Business solutions. The right candidate is also a skilled people manager and has proven success, building and motivating teams and delivering on ambitious goals.


  • Amplify TikTok's mission of inspiring creativity and joy through the creation of a varied slate of monetization opportunities that drive results for our advertiser partners.
  • Forge partnerships across Product, Creator Solutions, Content Programming, Research and Sales to unlock the most strategic, innovative content solutions for TikTok advertisers.
  • Increase demand for TikTok’s business solutions by presenting at C-suite client meetings, leading agency partners and industry panels.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their business and objectives to inform future monetization opportunities and to educate the market to help accelerate overall growth of TikTokBusiness solutions.
  • Ideate and concept content solutions tied to seasonal moments, occasions, cultural tentpoles, LIVE opportunities and editorial sponsorships for key partners and advertisers across industries.
  • Manage a team of Creative Strategists focused on building content solutions and solution centric product narratives.
  • Establish processes and frameworks to accelerate go to market selling opportunities throughout the year.
  • Constantly leverage insights, data and trends to identify new opportunities to build content solutions.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years marketing experience in digital advertising
  • Highly collaborative, team player, strong influencer and relationship builder
  • Creative marketer, ability to conceptualize new ideas and new ways of working
  • Strong agency experience in the advertising and creative spaces
  • Strong management experience in cultivating talent, leading and motivating teams
  • Background in product marketing and product solutions a plus.
  • Thrives in a start up environment, hands-on mentality with a passion for building.
