Content Marketing Manager
SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Frontier is looking for a highly collaborative, well-organized, telecom-savvy, and analytical individual who is interested in joining our fast-paced Commercial (B2B) Marketing team. The Content Marketing Manager will assist in the development and execution of a Content Strategy. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and demonstrated experience in team coordination related to tactical executions in an engagement event setting. Collaboration is key to this position to assure the success of cross-channel cohesive campaigns. As a key team member, you will also coordinate, attend, and sometimes lead project calls with cross-functional teams regarding all aspects of in-progress and upcoming launches.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop strategy and editorial plan to meet marketing objectives and inform audience segments
- Collaborates across cross-functional teams to deliver an effective content marketing
- Look to drive traffic, engagement, and leads, that deliver sales and customer retention
- Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement. Development of editorial consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone
- Platform management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email/newsletter distribution.
- Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis
- Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel
- Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive the brand to demand
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-5 years of experience
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
- Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
- Experience with the content management platform, Google analytics. SiteCore experience is a plus
- Project management skills and understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads, and sales
