Content Manager

Starlink is the world’s largest satellite constellation, committed to delivering access to high speed, low latency broadband internet worldwide. The Starlink Content Manager will oversee the development of all customer-facing communications and supporting materials, and the overall communications rollout plan for Starlink’s consumer and business lines, both domestically and internationally.


Responsibilities

  • Develop communications materials for Starlink’s consumer and business products including website content, mobile app content, email communications, user guides, presentations and general product materials
  • Ensure all communications are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect the latest Starlink developments and most useful customer information
  • Create and implement communications rollout plans to support Starlink expansion both domestically and abroad; identify and onboard translation resources as needed
  • Manage translation of customer-facing communications and materials in collaboration with customer operations and application software
  • Manage content across all digital properties, including starlink.com and the Starlink mobile app; work with customer support and customer operations teams to modify content based on customer feedback
  • Create and distribute customer updates to ensure awareness of network improvements and service availability
  • Create baseline communication materials for use by customer support and sales teams inclusive of FAQs, support materials and presentation decks
  • Ensure all digital and print materials meet Starlink standards and support a positive customer experience
  • Oversee development of photo and video content for use in various materials across both consumer and business lines


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product communications 


Preferred Skills And Experience

  • Experience with international markets and referral programs
  • 3+ years of experience with content development for technical programs/projects
  • 3+ years of experience developing communication materials for digital mediums
  • Experience developing and editing technical content and communicating in layman terms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
