The Nike Athlete Experience (NAX) team is designed to support our Firstline employees (store athletes) in Nike Direct Retail providing structure and clarity to start strong, get great in role and grow through experiences to build their Nike career. We exist to attract, value and grow the very best talent to lead the future of Nike! 


We’re looking for a Content Delivery Manager for North America; this role will collaborate with global and geography teams to identify and prioritize training needs for the Firstline. You will support in shaping an integrated talent strategy and roadmap for our retail store employees. You will input into the creation of solutions, managing the localization required to meet the unique needs of learners in North America Direct Retail. You will partner with the NAX team to create delivery roadmaps, calendar, and processes. Their insights will shape content strategy and solutions, and drive awareness of and engagement with training for all employees.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

We seek a candidate who is excited to:

  • Lead the planning, launch and delivery of North America training content, execute end-to-end training goals, timelines, and milestones across business functions
  • Partner to adapt global solutions where needed to meet local needs following consistent content principles
  • Collaborate with NAX training teams to communicate, launch and deliver in person/virtual training
  • Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional partners including HR, Finance and Geography teams to drive integration and support for NAX strategies


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be working with the Nike Athlete Experience (NAX) team, HR, HR Center of Excellences (COE’s), Retail Store Operations, Social Community Impact teams and other Global and Geography Teams. 


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related area; 5 years Management experience and 2 years’ additional experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in creating and delivering content to fuel training and learning and development strategy
  • Proven ability in working with partners to develop, implement, leverage and monitor training programs, initiatives, systems, policies, and procedures
  • Proficiency in digital learning platforms and tools, content creation tools, and content management systems.
  • Experience with defining and launching successful, large-scale learning experiences and training programs 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with complex stakeholder teams to reach project achievements
  • Experience with metrics and data to story tell and provide decision support
  • Ability to connect and inspire people to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and storytelling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple project deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong PowerPoint, Keynote, and Excel skills
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
