Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Content Creator for our Golden Valley, MN location.


YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Creating and developing on-going curricula to meet the needs of our workforce both in the development of product and successful execution on the production floor
  • Collaborating with scientists, engineers, and R&D to funnel and filter the “must haves,” “must know” into succinct, digestible curricula at multiple learning levels (e.g. beginner, intermediate, advanced)
  • Developing learning benchmarks and metrics to determine employees’ knowledge of curriculum and success in their role
  • Helping to design and develop efficient classroom and lab space in multiple locations
  • Evaluating feedback from scientists, engineers, R & D, and employees going through the Learning Academy and refining the curricula and learning processes


MUST HAVES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physics
  • 8 years teaching or curriculum building experience in Physics or Physics based study. Teaching must be at the Honors/AP/IB high school or collegiate level.
  • U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance


WE VALUE:

  • Ability to synthesize, analyze, and organize extremely complex scientific material into digestible lessons for various learning levels
  • Ability to develop relationships with others in all areas of the company
  • Master’s degree or Ph. D in Physics or Physics based study
  • 12 years teaching experience in Physics or Physics based study at the collegiate or Honors/AP/IB high school level
  • Ability to influence across various levels of an organization
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
