Communications Specialist Seasonal

The Communications Analyst assists in delivering a company intranet that is the centric business tool and principle communication location for all employees. The primary focus of the position will be to assist in development and maintenance of this platform. This effort will aid in the mission of delivering messages and programs that enable business results and engage employees.


This role works closely with many teams throughout the company to gather user requirements, identify and recommend solutions, and develop the best-fit approach.


To perform effectively, the Communications Analyst must possess excellent communication and project management skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong process orientation and the ability to learn new technology quickly.


The Main Responsibilities

Possesses basic knowledge of theory and practices within a recognized field. Provide analysis of processes and data relevant to assigned department, including technical analysis that may impact present and future performance. Provide reporting solutions and data analysis that may identify business trends and results. Utilize data analysis to explain issues and implications, recommend workflow and workflow process improvements. Work with business units to accomplish objectives, as assigned. Works on assignments of defined scope using judgment and initiative within guidelines with work subject to periodic review. Develop, interpret, and implement concepts as assigned. Exchanges information requiring some interpretation and/or persuasion to ensure proper action. Applies tact to discuss problems, deliver reports or make recommendations.


What We Look For in a Candidate

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience managing internet/intranet and social media content.
  • Experience with photo editing software, Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint.

Salary Range

Salary Min :36090Salary Max :80280

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.


This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
