Communications Manager

We are looking for a strategic leader to join USANA’s Foundation as the communications manager. In this position, you will engage the USANA Foundation’s stakeholders by developing and providing meaningful communication and rich storytelling. You will be responsible for driving and managing the marketing, branding, and communications strategic planning and the production of all communication materials.

What You Will Do as USANA’s Foundation Communication Manager

  • Utilize internal and external resources to create content for social media, blogs, website, and other USANA and Foundation/Kids Eat channels
  • Collaborate with USANA communications and social media team to develop cross-departmental content for the Foundation
  • Design and create communication tools, strategies, and frameworks for enhancing and extending communication to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information to support the successful cultivation and acquisition of donors and prospects
  • Work closely with supervisor and Foundation President to create stakeholder outreach and fundraising plans
  • Execute marketing and branding for the Foundation by working closely with USANA Studios, USANA’s Marketing Department, Communications Department, and USANA’s Field Development team


Background and Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or related degree
  • 5 years of experience specific to marketing, communications, publications, or video and event production
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills and the experience and proclivity to be an outgoing spokesperson and relationship builder.
