General Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and create engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Schedule and publish content across social media channels using Hubspot.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar that reflects upcoming campaigns, holidays, and key events.
  • Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms.
  • Engage with followers and industry advocates to foster a positive and interactive community.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and management of social media campaigns.
  • Work with the team to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader communication and marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry news.
  • Curate relevant and shareable content that aligns with the interests of our audience and business goals.
  • Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to develop cohesive, high-quality social media assets.
  • Ensure timely delivery and execution of social media materials.
  • Work with the communications and marketing team to develop and refine platform-specific strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Experiment with new platforms or features to grow the brand's online presence.
  • Assist with creating internal newsletters, memos, or other communication materials to support internal campaigns or updates.
  • Collaborate on promoting events through social media, including live coverage and post-event recaps.
  • Support coordination of virtual or physical events by creating digital assets and tracking online engagement.
  • Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging across all platforms and ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Assist with organizing digital assets and scheduling team meetings or brainstorming sessions.
  • Regularly monitor social platforms and relevant forums for brand mentions and feedback, ensuring the brand is positively represented online and that branding standards are maintained


Required Experience: 

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
