Responsibilities

• Receive and Distributle all incoming mail on a daily basis with urgency
• Professionally handle all incoming phone calls in a polite and courteous manner
• Distribute all incoming faxes as needed
• Sort and distribute all reports and documents. 
• Perform miscellaneous projects as assigned by our Accounting Department

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A self-motivated, enthusiastic personality with a persisent work ethic
• The ability to multi-task and stay organized while managing the requests of multiple customers and vendors
• The 'Customer is King!' philosophy
• You must be willing to complete a background check
• Must be a US citizent or Permanent Resident
