Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Expand Kyndryl's climate strategy and carbon, water and waste programs
  • Establish goals and projects to meet Net Zero and the Science based initiative as well as regulatory and rating agency requirements
  • Develop conservation strategies and ongoing audits to meet targets
  • Track, measure and report progress internally and externally aligned with industry frameworks such as CDP, GRI and SDGs
  • Develop systems and processes to achieve the goals working with the global enterprise
  • Manage budgets and quantify GHG and financial impact
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding program and industry standards and frameworks


If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position $93,400 to $208,000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum of 7-10 years working in Sustainability practice and managing related programs


Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Degree in Environmental, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field
  • Engineering or Sustainability Certifications
