Client Performance Analyst

The Atlanta based APA program's mission is to educate a group of aspiring CAMs to have stronger expertise in Twitter’s ads platform tools and the foundations of our performance products. Graduates of the program will have all the required skills to thrive in an CAM role at Twitter. What You'll Do:

  • Become a subject matter expert in performance advertising and develop a strong institutional knowledge of all Twitter Ads products.
  • Be open to learning while investing in your future in digital advertising in this year long program.
  • Own the campaign performance of a book of accounts from the sales organization.
  • Work closely with the Twitter sales team to understand customer’s goals and objectives, set up advertising campaigns according to best practices, optimize toward target KPIs, and identify opportunities to scale.
  • Execute, optimize and analyze advertising programs using internal tools and dashboards.
  • Synthesize campaign optimization results & learnings and share with the broader organization.
  • Provide coverage for existing account management teams; tasks include IO processing, bug troubleshooting, RFP support, campaign setup and wrap up presentations.
  • Successfully complete the curriculum inclusive of optimization, measurement, sales training, campaign setup and campaign wrap up reporting/presentations.
  • Proactively network with US sellers and cross-functional teammates across the globe to become a familiar face within the organization and to learn where to go to for assistance in developing complex solutions.
  • Mentor new team members as our organization grows.


Qualifications

  • This program will be located in our Atlanta office once we are able to reopen the office. You must reside, or be willing to relocate, within commuting distance of the office for this role. 
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in an advertising agency role, advertising sales role, or marketing role required. This is NOT an entry level role.
  • After completing the year long program, each participant will be required to relocate to one of our other US offices based on the needs of the business at that time. Other locations include but are not limited to: Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Seattle. Flexibility to relocate to any of our offices upon completion of the program is required.
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Datorama, Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau in a professional setting.
  • Professional experience analyzing data, uncovering insights, and communicating observations & recommendations.
  • Experience optimizing a digital ad campaign toward a goal.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, develop and enhance customer relationships.
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into results for advertisers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail and a penchant for being proactive.
  • Aptitude, creativity and a preference for working in collaborative teams
  • Must have strong understanding of digital marketplace and understanding of Twitter's competitive landscape.
  • Ability to manage time well to independently handle and coordinate both short- and long-term tasks and projects from a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic, interdisciplinary work environment.
  • A passion to learn digital marketing and for Twitter’s mission.
  • BA / BS degree.
