Client Lead Recruiter

Seattle, WA

We are looking for a Client Lead Recruiter to help grow and scale hiring in Amazon Web Services (AWS). The Client Lead Recruiter will be aligned to the business working closely with business leaders and AWS Talent Acquisition to drive a recruiting strategy; including requirements gathering, process improvement for interviewing and closing candidates while acting as the main point of contact for a line of business within AWS.


The ideal candidate must be able to earn trust and influence autonomously with key stakeholders. They must be able to plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage and hire candidates against tight timelines, have demonstrated ability to use metrics to drive and show results, while remaining calm in times of high volume and ambiguity. Thriving in an growth environment and having a strength in problem-solving will be critical to success in this role. The best candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition while forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross-functional partners, and centralized student program teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting, with at least 1+ year of technical recruiting experience
  • Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System experience for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
  • MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships. Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
  • Possession of strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Experience recruiting in a highly competitive environment.
