Channel Sales Manager

Remote (United States)

PandaDoc is seeking a Channel Partnerships Sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to help us develop our fast-growing reseller program.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting new partners aligned to our Ideal Partner Profile, generating and closing a pipeline, and supporting efforts to build and scale the program. This is a quota carrying position in a remote-first workplace.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new Agency and VAR partners within an assigned territory
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute and continually refine business plans to meet sales goals
  • Educate partners about PandaDoc’s products to help partners identify opportunities within their customer base
  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals and deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings, as needed
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns, and other promotional activities
  • Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner
  • Help develop process and program improvements to optimize partner management activities

About You:

  • 2-3 years in a similar role within a high growth B2B SaaS company
  • Thoughtful about the strategy and metrics you set, but also able to hustle and execute on those plans
  • Knowledgeable about the B2B SaaS sales process, and able to ensure that partners can successfully replicate that when selling PandaDoc
  • Strong ability to focus and execute in a changing environment; ability to make things happen
  • Demonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced revenue or channel sales through global channel partnerships
  • Effective communication and interaction with partners, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • An ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
