  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of four plus (4+) years of sales and/or marketing experience within the Equipment Industry with a record of demonstrated achievement
  • Effective project management skills; strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills with good understanding of key business and financial metrics such as Sales, Gross Margins, Operating Margins, Inventory Turns, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail; strong multi-tasking ability; and ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and cross-functional entities at all organizational levels
  • Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of industrial construction, hydraulics or construction equipment markets a plus


What You’ll Do

As the Channel Marketing Manager for the STANLEY Infrastructure Division you will be the key link between the sales, product management and finance teams. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of all commercial programming and promotions. With support from the product marketing and commercial finance teams you will be the leader of all product commercialization efforts. You will also support the sales organization to maximize customer relationships, including direct interaction with account buyers. 


Specifically, you’ll:

  • Execute market communication plans and new product launches with product, brand and commercial teams
  • Work with the cross functional teams to develop channel marketing strategies, product, merchandising, pricing/promotion plans and other strategic initiatives.
  • P&L SBU responsibility
  • Manage and communicate go to market tools for commercial teams, including discount structures, freight and volume incentives, loyalty programs, financing options and more
  • Assist in preparation for strategic account meetings and present product, merchandising, and promotional strategies to account buyers
  • Interface with Brand Marketing team for production of point of purchase materials
  • Analyze and track POS, Inventory, Market Share, Competitive Landscapes
  • Track program/promotional effectiveness and recommend changes and improvements as required
  • Partner with the Sales & Finance team to manage listings to maximize sales and profitability via mix management, promotional opportunities and pricing actions
