Canada Sales Manager

Remote (Ontario, Canada)

We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and coachable professional to join our Canada sales team as a sales manager for USANA’s English and French speaking customer base. In this role, you will oversee and direct the implementation and strategy to grow customer count, develop new leadership, and drive retention.   

  

Within this coaching and managerial role, you will develop new leaders within the direct sales space, and be responsible for driving growth in the market’s key KPI’s, including sales, enrollments, active customer count, and rank advancements. In addition, you will be focused on identifying and coaching key field leaders creating unique personalized plans using SMART performance metrics. We are looking for someone with is extremely skilled in both written and verbal communication, has exceptional interpersonal skills and can cultivate genuine relationships with individuals, and can inspire and assist others in developing their sales teams.   

  

What You Will Do as a USANA Sales Manager  

  • Create and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director, ensuring that plans align with USANA Health Sciences Canada vision and reflect the KPI’s as set out for the overall business and growth in active customer count
  • Proactively plan, schedule and host specific field training, activities, and meetings with Associates to achieve sales results
  • Provide creative leadership aligned with sales objectives and inspires self and others to deliver or exceed expected results
  • Proactively strategize and communicate priorities and work alongside internal teams to develop promotional and training plans to support growth. Coordinate resources and proactively provide input to annual planning process
  • Create 90-day training calendar with a focus on core trainings including compensation plan, recognition achievement, and product and selling strategies

  

Background and Skills You Will Need  

  • Post-secondary education preferred; four years of direct sales experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others
  • Must be able to travel weekends and evenings, up to 50%
  • Strong public speaking ability
  • Excellent English and French language skills key both written and verbal
