Campaign Strategy Manager

We’re looking for a passionate, highly strategic marketer to help direct new marketing strategies for Adobe’s education business, helping reach and convert students to be lifelong fans of Adobe’s creative tools – including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Express. You will work with the Product Marketing team to create and own the Category Marketing Strategy & Campaign Strategy Brief. You will have budget ownership for the category!


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Product Marketing to understand Product and Business Strategy. Immerse yourself in market and customer insights and macro-trends to inform go-to-market campaign strategy.
  • Build Annual and Quarterly Category Campaign Briefs defining or updating product priorities, value proposition, segmentation, use cases, positioning and messaging, geographic mix, landscape assessment, and define marketing OKRs.
  • Drive research to inform campaign strategy to ensure a strong connection to student audiences and validate our approach.
  • Partner with Corporate & International Integrated Marketing to develop and execute the marketing strategy.
  • Review and report on campaign and paid media performance on regular basis and recommend optimizations to drive sales goals.
  • Regularly review business performance data including ARR performance, marketing traffic and conversion by marketing mix, and customer usage data, and provide strategic recommendations on performance optimizations at a country level.
  • Own the marketing budget, maintaining laser focus on investment, detailed reporting on marketing mix, and providing recommendations to senior leadership on quarterly changes to optimize strategy.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Distinctive track record of developing marketing strategy and influencing decisions with insights and data-backed recommendations.
  • Strong background in consumer insights and proven ability to match business needs with consumer insights to deliver marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of e-commerce businesses and helped drive integrated marketing at a similar company.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and craft full-funnel data into a compelling narrative to drive recommendations.
  • Led end-to-end initiatives, working with multiple partner teams to gather input and formulate strategy, influence senior decision-makers, take action, and drive measurable results in an ambiguous, fluid environment.


Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of experience in marketing – mix of marketing strategy in-house or consulting firm.
  • BS/BA degree.
  • Exceptional leadership skills; thrives working in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience being strategic and tactical, stepping into execution as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Proactive and curious with a learning mentality.


Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,100 -- $200,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).


In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
