Business Systems Manager

We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a Business Systems Manager to join us in advancing the industry forward.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Primary System Owner & Administrator for the company’s Integration Platform and ERP/OMS System
  • Ensure consistent system uptime and drive continuity of data transformation
  • Manage relative integration scheduling to maximize concurrent performance of multiple critical flows
  • Serve as the primary owner of all ERP system related problem resolution and triage
  • Communicate system issues in a timely manner to necessary business units
  • Provide post-mortem analysis of any issues requiring a change in existing integration or mapping structures
  • Formulate and manage a product development roadmap for the following type of software applications: ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) - PaaS (Integration Platform as a Service)
  • Business Intelligence
  • Focus on developing feature enhancements and automations within these applications for the following departments
  • Accounting
  • Procurement (Sourcing, Manufacturing, Importing)
  • Merchandising


Customer Support

  • Work closely with internal development resources to ensure project expectations are effectively communicated and understood
  • Manage a project roadmap with external development resources to both accelerate, and when necessary isolate specific projects
  • Draft detail product specifications and business requirements using an Agile approach, executed through standard Scrum board
  • Perform UAT on new features, including functional and regression testing
  • Build reporting and alerting processes within necessary applications
  • Help design, document, and maintain system processes
  • Communicate on key insights/findings, common sources of technical issues or questions, and make recommendations to solve
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve functionality and deliver a great experience to the product users and customers
  • Identify the differences in opportunities to execute small tasks independently, and when to leverage development resources

 

Desired Relative Experience

  • Extensive hands-on experience with business software
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Familiar with automation of Order Management as it relates to accounting requirements
  • Extensive understanding of the Ecommerce Order lifecycle
  • Experience working with 3PL integrations
  • Basic understanding of Wholesale system requirements such as EDI
  • A functional understanding of related data table structures
  • Familiar with IPaaS tools such as Boomi, Mulesoft, or Celigo
  • Familiar with SDLC procedures
  • General understanding of best practices and business process in Finance and Accounting
  • Experience in Project Management for back-office software
  • Basic SQL skills a big plus, but not required

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 - 3 Years’ experience as a Product Manager for business systems
  • 2 – 3 Years’ experience working on integration and mapping projects
  • 2+ Years previous experience as a systems administrator or analyst
  • Project Management, Systems Implementation, and Systems Integration experience
  • Extensive experience with SaaS platforms
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills


$120,000.00 - $170,000.00 a year
