The Kiva Business Systems Manager is one part software architect, one part product manager, one part consultant, and one part systems analyst who helps to coordinate and drive projects across the organization on a daily basis. The role reports to the VP of Information Systems and will be a key change agent in the organization.

As Kiva's Business Systems Manager, you will...
- Manage and oversee the execution of ERP implementation projects.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand and document business requirements for new system implementations or upgrades.
- Perform system configuration, integration, and testing activities.
- Supervise the selection, design, justification, and implementation of IT solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date system and process documentation and ensure it is available for those who need to work with the system.
- Monitor system performance metrics, and provide necessary reports.
- Collaborate with IT teams, system owners, and end users to provide system support and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure data integrity, stability, and security of business systems.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and provide user training.
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies and trends, and recommend and implement technologies that will positively impact the business.
What we're looking for...
- B.S. Degree in Information Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering ERP implementation projects.
- Excellent understanding of project management principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Superior knowledge in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
$120,000 - $140,000 a year
