What You'll Do

As the Business Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving progress across strategy, planning, people, financial management, and operations. You’ll help run DTS like a business, taking initiative to move the needle with credibility, reliability, and consistency. With a strong understanding of team dynamics, you’ll know exactly where to measure adoption, usage, efficiency, and productivity.

You’ll be dedicated to understanding our objectives and fine-tuning key results based on the maturity of deliverables and releases. You’ll take ownership of your work, leading with trust and collaborating closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to ensure the collective success of our organization.

 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Business Operations.


Responsibility

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the DTS organization on areas of process efficiency, prioritization, talent amd workforce management, culture & employee development, QBRs and OKRs
  • Coordinate and organize offsite and onsite meetings focused on planning topics and assist leaders in developing content, document key notes and action items, and ensure follow-up until completion
  • Manage and facilitate quarterly business reviews and goal-setting processes using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) which includes documenting outcomes, gathering results from each team, and cascading status updates to the functional and company levels
  • Develop and synthesize real-time digital dashboards to document and maintain metrics across all DTS functions, enabling streamlined decision-making
  • Conduct detailed analysis on requisition, budget, software and outside spend data, providing insights on spend trajectory and identifying areas for optimization
  • Work closely with talent acquisition, HR and finance to track, manage and maintain hiring, attrition and headcount spend
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new approaches to simplifying processes across DTS, which include operating models, capacity planning, estimation models, ultimately driving improved results and productivity
  • Assist in leading and organizing the quarterly and annual planning cycles


Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What You Bring

Basic

  • 5 years of relevant experience in a consulting or SaaS company
  • BA/BS degree in a business or quantitative field
  • Experience with OKRs, KPIs and metric dashboards from different technology companies


Preferred

  • MBA
  • Excellent follow-up and high verify skills to drive programs from start to finish
  • Customer service oriented ability to partner with individuals at all levels
  • Effective, clear and concise communication skills
  • Familiar with Google suite and Tableau
  • Results-driven self-motivated with the ability to multitask
  • Analytical business acumen
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions and think outside of the box


Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

  • California: $128,400.00 - $200,200.00 base salary
  • Illinois and Colorado: $123,800.00 - $170,225.00 base salary
  • Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $123,800.00 - $176,625.00 base salary

 

This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.
